Recently Apple has released (New Product) in "RED" versions of the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus to celebrate its continued commitment to the charity.
But not everybody feels that way, with some wishing the company had made the encircling black. It’s worth noting that no iPhone apart from the various black colors (space gray, black and jet black) have been dressed with a black front, so it’s maybe no wonder that Apple has gone for white here.
The company has been a meaningful partner of the charity, this time the partnership that has previously seen cases, watch straps, and even iPods in the same color has resulted in two precariously bright red versions of its flagship smartphones.
The iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus RED special editions are now available to order worldwide and in online stores. We've also had some time with the actual devices ourselves.
The new iPhones are available in different spaces as 128GB or 256GB models, starting at £699 in the UK and $749 in the USA. Although the rear is red, the front is Apple's standard white. There is no black/red alternative. No doubt, the new RED iPhone 7 and 7 Plus looks and feels premium, but ultimately the purchase decision boils down to own taste.
The new models of iPhone are available in the UK, US and more than 40 countries and regions, including Australia, Canada, China and much of mainland Europe and much more countries.
